What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders totalling R2000 or more.
South Africa – Courier
We use a courier company called Globeflight Courier Services for all local and national deliveries. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address and the items you have ordered. This option only applies within South African borders between or within major centres. After your payment has been cleared your shipment will arrive at your door within 1-3 business days. Please provide us with a detailed delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel between these working hours. Please also provide us with your contact details should the courier need to call you on the day of delivery. If no-one is available to accept delivery as pre-arranged, and the courier company has to arrange for another alternative delivery option, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
It is not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment?
You will need to contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number. Confirm which item is missing in your shipment received. We will contact you and assist you ASAP
