What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. With the exception of defective items, all sales are final once you receive your products.
For hygiene purposes, opened products may not be returned by the user.
Defective products are those that are damaged or broken when you received them. You must report such defect within 48 hours of receiving your product by emailing us your order number and an image of the defective product.
You must return the defective product to us, in its original unopened packaging within 7 days, at your own cost using a courier company. We will not cover costs of returning defective products. We will inspect the products to confirm that they are defective. If the damage is a result of shipping, we cannot guarantee that this will result in a refund or replacement. If we determine that the product is defective, we will, at our election and discretion, either replace the product, alternatively, refund the price or credit the same to the user’s account.
For opened products, we will not issue a refund.
